When contacting us by email please provide as much detail as possible. However, please avoid attachments, because of the risk of virus transmission. Please note we can only give advice on problems in the UK or advice on UK law. Don't forget to include your own email address or alternative contact details for a reply.

We will keep all details of your enquiry entirely confidential. However, you should be aware that the Internet is not completely secure and that a record of the messages that you send and receive may be kept on the computer you are using, or on other computers on the Internet.

 

Response times

We will try to respond to your enquiry as soon as possible. However, when we are particularly busy it may take up to ten days. In the meantime you may wish to browse the CAB Adviceguide website or contact us in person or by phone.
